Jorji Rosio, RN

Memory Care Director

Jorji Rosio is a Registered Nurse with over thirty years of experience working in long term care.

In addition, Jorji is also a member of the Wisconsin DON council. In 1999 and 2000 Jorji served on the Wisconsin Medical Directors board as a Clinical Nurse Liaison.

Jorji is a strong advocate of working together with the team, outside providers, and state surveyors to provide quality care for the residents. She also strives to establish and maintain relationships with residents and their families to enhance the wellbeing of the residents during their stay. Her professional interests focus on promoting a facility that follows all state and federal regulations while providing exceptional care to all current and future residents. Her primary focus has been, and always will be, the care of the residents.

When not leading a team, Jorji likes to spend her time with her family. She has three children and 6 grandchildren. She loves to cook and spend time with her dogs, one of which, Lola, comes with Jorji occasionally to spend time with the residents. Lola loves getting attention from all of the residents. Jorji and her husband, Gary love to go camping with their family, especially spending time with their grandchildren.

Dawn Minesal

Director of Nursing

This is the first assisted living working experience I have had in my entire nursing career. It is such a pleasure for me because it is not as fast-paced as acute care, so I am able to spend quality time with our residents and families, and that is what I find most rewarding. For me, health care is not only about one’s physical needs, but it’s about getting to know the entire person. I enjoy working with my fellow team members at the Villa as we listen to and teach one other. It’s been such a breath of fresh air to be able to work side-by-side with the Felician Sisters, knowing that the ultimate goal here is caring for the well-being of our residents, and not only monetary gain. I prefer working for a faith-based, not-for-profit community because the focus here is on our residents and our impact on the surrounding community. It also provides an opportunity for me to live and share my faith. I truly believe that a business cannot succeed without God in the center.
For me, the most important event of the day is when we pray together with the other managers before we begin our morning meetings, because we can’t do anything without God.

Wanda Suncin

Marketing and Community Relations Director

Wanda Suncin brings over 6 years of invaluable experience in senior long-term care to our community. Her journey began as a dedicated housekeeper in a CBRF community, and over time, she ascended to the role of Assistant Administrator. While she has some background in marketing, Wanda’s true passion lies in forging connections with families and residents, offering them the support they need during the challenging transition to assisted living.
On a more personal note, Wanda is a proud first-generation Nicaraguan-American and a loving mother of two, as well as a devoted cat parent (Kitty, who’s more like a third child). In her leisure time, she finds solace in the melodies of music, the pages of a good book, and the strokes of her paintbrush. Fluent in both English and Spanish, with English as her first language and Spanish as her second, Wanda continues to dedicate herself to improving her Spanish skills.
We are thrilled to have Wanda on board as our Marketing and Community Relations Director. Her wealth of experience and genuine commitment to our residents and their families make her a valuable addition to our team. Welcome, Wanda!
