With over 25 years in healthcare assisted living and memory care, I have advanced from a hands-on caregiver to an Executive Director. This career progression offers a deep understanding of resident needs and staff challenges, which can be leveraged to drive operational excellence and foster a culture of compassionate, high-quality care. This journey from the front lines to leadership offers a unique perspective on managing all facets of a senior living community, from clinical services to family satisfaction.

As President and CEO of Villa St. Francis, Jenna Fawley combines a heart for service with a drive for excellence. She is passionate about creating a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel at home, families feel supported, and staff feel valued. With years of healthcare leadership experience, Jenna brings a hands-on, collaborative approach—listening, connecting, and working side-by-side with her team to make meaningful improvements. Guided by the Villa’s faith-based mission, she is committed to ensuring that every decision puts people first while building a strong foundation for the future.

Scott Janiszewski, Director of Facilities, is responsible for maintenance and plant operations at the Villa. Scott has been at the Villa for over 15 years.

I’ve been a nurse for over 15 years, and my greatest passion is caring for those in memory care. Supporting individuals with Alzheimer’s and dementia has been such a rewarding part of my journey, and I love helping families feel comforted knowing their loved ones are safe and cared for. Along the way, I’ve also gained experience in home care, cancer care, and rehab, which has given me a well-rounded approach to nursing.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my wonderful husband, our family, and especially my grandchildren who keep life full of joy. At home, I’m kept busy (and entertained!) by our three dogs—Ghost, Bailey, and Nala.

For me, nursing isn’t just a career—it’s a calling. I strive to bring warmth, patience, and compassion into every interaction, both at work and at home.
